Since its establishment, the company has established long-term cooperative relationships with many well-known food processing enterprises both at home and abroad.
A unique mixed screening process ensures that the percentage of broken grains in whole rice is ≤3%, the percentage of broken grains in whole grains is ≤5%, and there are no whole grains in the broken rice, thereby significantly improving product quality.
The combination of high output and low energy consumption, coupled with precise grading of broken rice, effectively optimizes the production process and comprehensively enhances the overall economic efficiency of rice mills.
It is suitable not only for rice grading but also for the separation of similar granular materials such as legumes and feed, greatly expanding the equipment’s range of applications.
Composed of eight layers of individually numbered screens stacked on top of one another, it features high-strength stainless steel woven mesh that combines excellent wear resistance with precise screening accuracy, making it the core component of material classification.
Integrated motor, pulley, V-belt, and eccentric rotation mechanism. The motor’s rotational motion is converted into high-frequency, low-amplitude circular vibrations of the screen body through the eccentric wheel mechanism.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel structures and equipped with specialized vibration-damping components, it provides sturdy support for the screen body while effectively absorbing vibrations, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.

DM-90×8C Sieve Assembly Structure
Screening process involving the mixing of oversize and undersize materials
The DM-90×8C’s most significant technical breakthrough lies in its innovative process flow, which greatly extends the material’s screening path and ensures thorough classification.
1. First and second screens: preliminary screeningThe mixed rice enters the system; the oversize material (premium-grade grains) is discharged, while the undersize material from the second screen proceeds to the third screen.
2. Third, fourth, and fifth screening layers: Separation of whole grainsThe material retained on the screens is combined and discharged through the whole grain outlet, while the undersize material proceeds to the sixth layer for core screening.
3. Sixth and seventh screen decks: Whole grain zoneThe oversize material is combined and discharged through the whole grain outlet; the undersize material from the sixth deck proceeds to the seventh, and from the seventh to the eighth deck for secondary screening.
4. Eighth screen: Final gradingThe material retained on the eighth screen is coarse broken rice, while the material passing through is fine broken rice.
