Multi-Layer High-Efficiency Vibrating Sive is designed for the classification of granular materials into large, medium and small sizes. It employs a multi-layer screening process, and satisfactory results can be achieved by replacing the screens with different mesh sizes to accommodate various materials. It is suitable for screening materials such as sunflower seeds, goji berries, peanuts, raisins, millet and cotton seeds, and can also be used for screening in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The screening surface utilises stainless steel mesh, ensuring safety, hygiene and a long service life. The screen frame is constructed from imported timber (Eucalyptus), which is resistant to warping and offers excellent stability. With a large screening area and a long screening path, both oversize and undersize materials can undergo repeated screening. The use of a vibration motor in place of mechanical transmission, combined with the vibration operation mode, prevents screen mesh blockages, ensures effective separation, simplifies operation and minimises the risk of breakdowns.
