Advantages
1. Unlike standard conveyors, which can only handle inclines of 15°–20°, skirted conveyors, when equipped with cleats, can lift materials at angles ranging from 30° to 90° (vertical).
2. Completely eliminates side spillage and material loss during the incline transport of bulk materials (such as powders, grains, and small parts). This keeps the workshop clean, reduces raw material waste, and enhances environmental compliance.
3. Ensures that materials do not backflow or slide down during high-speed lifting. Even spherical or highly free-flowing objects (such as coffee beans or cylindrical parts) can be transported stably, guaranteeing consistent output.
