The GCNS18F horizontal series rice mill is a newly developed product by our company, designed to meet the needs of rice processing production lines with daily capacities ranging from 30 to 200 tons. It is suitable for dehusking and polishing various types of rice.
Manufactured using high-precision laser cutting, the edges are smooth and burr-free. The 315-ton four-column hydraulic press is constructed as a single, seamless unit, offering both an attractive appearance and a sturdy structure. Large vertical and horizontal machining centers ensure even higher overall precision.

The brown rice enters the milling chamber via a flow control mechanism, where high-speed emery rollers scrape the grains. Simultaneously, the intense friction between the grains and against the components achieves the dehusking of the brown rice and the polishing of the white rice.
The equipment is equipped with a negative-pressure suction system that separates the bran and dust generated during the rice milling process in real time. After settling through the screen mesh, the byproducts are collected and discharged, effectively ensuring the purity and quality of the finished rice.
