Product Applications
Supported Type Linear Vibrating Screen is essentially the same as that of a standard linear screen, but the ‘upgraded support’ system enables precise grading after milling: the milled rice mixture (whole grains, large broken grains, small broken grains and rice bran) is screened into three grades in a single pass, thereby increasing the yield of whole grains.
High-efficiency cleaning of raw grain: Before the paddy enters the husking machine, both large impurities (straw, stones) and fine impurities (silt, dust) are simultaneously removed.
Precise grading of by-products: Rice bran is finely graded to separate high-value food-grade fine bran from feed-grade coarse bran.
